"Bryn Mawr Rosé of Pinot Noir -  It uses the Dijon 777 clone exclusively for its rosé. The 777 has small berries, which gives a low ratio of juice to skins. The musts also receive extended skin contact and are barrel fermented. The result is a hefty rosé with pronounced red berry and tropical fruit notes, an obvious, but well-integrated, tannic backbone and a noticeable minerality."
